I joined CMI and U4 as programme coordinator on 1 February 2021. I'm driven by a passion for effective programme management and the difference it makes in maximising impact.

My main responsibilities at U4 revolve around project administration and reporting processes, and coordinating the monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework.

Profesionally, my background is from international affairs with a specialization in fundraising, project and grant management, compliance, and donor relations.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies, Chihuahua – Mexico, and a Master in Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid from the Open University of Catalonia – Spain.
