I joined CMI and U4 as Programme Officer on 1 July 2024, driven by a passion for impactful international development. My commitment to teamwork and transparency, both within my team and in donor relations, underpins my approach to programme management.

My main task is to support the day-to-day functioning of the U4 team including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

Professionally, I have experience in project management and research, having worked at the University of Stavanger, Nordic Consulting Group Denmark, and Chr. Michelsen Institute.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Stavanger and an interdisciplinary Master of Science in Global Development from the University of Copenhagen.
